Key Responsibilities
- Input financial data and transactions into the accounting system
- Confirm the accuracy of entered transactions
- Prepare and maintain balance sheets
- Review budgets and other financial data
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Complete necessary tax documentation
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
- Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role
- Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Proficient in spreadsheet applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, as well as accounting software like ADP and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
- Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Bilingual candidates are preferred - English/Chinese
