Front Desk Agent Opportunity

Hocking Hills State Park Lodge is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage online and phone reservations, providing clear and concise information to guests.
  • Register guests, collecting necessary information and verifying credit card details.
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy.
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
