Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking a highly skilled Polyurethane Development Specialist to join our team in the Technical Service division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the deployment of new polyurethane materials in specific insulation applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field trials to evaluate the performance of new polyurethane materials
- Provide technical service support to customers, facilitating prompt resolution of problems related to the use of our technology
- Design and conduct laboratory projects for product/application development and/or troubleshooting
- Travel to customer sites to perform field trials and provide on-site technical support
- Document customer visits, lab experiment results, and technical services support
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure consistent approach to business strategy and plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the polyurethane industry, with a focus on lab product development and/or troubleshooting
- Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the US and Canada
