As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the deployment of new polyurethane materials in specific insulation applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field trials to evaluate the performance of new polyurethane materials
  • Provide technical service support to customers, facilitating prompt resolution of problems related to the use of our technology
  • Design and conduct laboratory projects for product/application development and/or troubleshooting
  • Travel to customer sites to perform field trials and provide on-site technical support
  • Document customer visits, lab experiment results, and technical services support
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure consistent approach to business strategy and plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the polyurethane industry, with a focus on lab product development and/or troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the US and Canada
