Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and payable ledgers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute statements of accounts to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software, including Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
