Responsibilities:

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Termite Repair Technicians to restore building structures (both residential and commercial) and their surroundings from damage inflicted by wood-destroying organisms.

The pest control sector may not be what it appears at first glance. It is more akin to a maintenance program designed to prevent our clients from experiencing recurring pest issues.

Similar to electricians or HVAC specialists, our primary aim is to ensure the safety and well-being of the clients we serve.

Key Duties:
- Apply chemical treatments and/or repair structural damage on various commercial and residential properties.
- Maintain communication with homeowners, homebuyers, their representatives, company inspectors, and others regarding the work to be performed.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed legally, professionally, and in accordance with specifications.
- Handle and account for company funds.
- Keep company-issued equipment and vehicle in pristine condition at all times.
- Read and comprehend label instructions related to treatment procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience necessary
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored)
- Capability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limit
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
