Industrial Maintenance Technician

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of advanced, high-speed machinery that produces quality products for a significant portion of the global population. In this position, you will help us enhance care for billions of individuals worldwide. Work schedules will be assigned post-training, with possibilities for both day and rotating shifts.
Rotating Shift Schedule:
12-hour shifts (days/nights) from 5:45 AM to 5:55 PM ($38.96 per hour with an additional $0.60 night shift differential).
Day Shift Schedule:
8-hour day shifts from Monday to Friday, including a 30-minute paid relief period.

- Minimum of 1 year of continuous work experience.
- Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright State Certification or successful completion of a formal four-year apprenticeship.
- Basic computer proficiency, mechanical aptitude, and strong mathematical skills.
- Able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Ability to pass post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
- Basic machine shop, welding, and fabrication skills.
- Ability to fabricate parts from blueprints and sketches.
You will demonstrate proficiency in the assembly, disassembly, and installation of mechanical systems and components commonly found in high-speed rotating equipment, along with safe rigging and transportation of large equipment. A solid understanding of predictive and preventative maintenance concepts, along with a commitment to ongoing education, is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word is also required.
Compensation includes $38.96 per hour for rotating shifts and $36.96 for day shifts, with additional pay for Sundays and holidays. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available.
