Rotating Shift Schedule:
12-hour shifts (days/nights) from 5:45 AM to 5:55 PM ($38.96 per hour with an additional $0.60 night shift differential).
Day Shift Schedule:
8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, including a 30-minute paid relief period.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of continuous work experience.
- Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright State Certification or successful completion of a formal four-year apprenticeship.
- Basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and strong math abilities.
- Able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Must pass post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
Additionally, you should possess basic machine shop, welding, and fabrication skills.
- Ability to fabricate parts from blueprints and sketches.
- Experience in the assembly, disassembly, and installation of mechanical systems and components typically found on high-speed rotating equipment, along with safe rigging and transportation of large equipment.
- Understanding of predictive and preventative maintenance concepts and a commitment to ongoing education.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
Compensation includes $38.96 per hour for rotating shifts and $38.96 for day shifts, with an additional $0.60 night shift differential. Time and a half on Sundays and double time for holidays. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is also offered.
