Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with routine maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Perform various routine maintenance and repair tasks, including changing light fixtures and minor plumbing repairs.
  • Respond to work order requests using electronic equipment and software to log and close the requests.
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies (weekly on-call rotating schedule).
  • Perform frequent inspections to monitor quality, efficiency, and safety compliance.
  • Operate a variety of construction and maintenance equipment; load trucks, move materials, help maintain grounds and other areas.
  • Coordinate parts, supplies, and equipment from local vendors and inventory.
  • Maintain general cleanliness of all shops, storage, and mechanical areas.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience performing maintenance on commercial real estate.
  • Physically able to perform maintenance work in most weather conditions.
  • Must have a valid driver license.
