Compensation: $16.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities: Your primary duty will be to ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff while performing general security tasks for our clients. This includes:

  • Being vigilant to identify, rectify, and report any potential hazards.
  • Understanding and adhering to DSI and client protocols, including specific post instructions.
  • Participating in training sessions to familiarize yourself with safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
  • Engaging with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.

Supervisor Duties: As a supervisor, you will act as a liaison with the client, overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client and employee relations.
  • Communicating any issues to your chain of command.
  • Handling scheduling, staffing, and record-keeping tasks related to the client.

Qualifications: Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid Class D security license is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and communication means.
  • Successful completion of all required background and drug screenings.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Certification: Valid State Driver's License, State of Florida Class D Security License.
