Job Opportunity at Holiday Inn Club Vacations

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Processor II to join our team at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and processing of contracts and ancillary documents necessary to secure sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process contracts, deeds, and other documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Verify demographic, sales personnel, and marketing information to ensure integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform data entry for contract preparation, processing, and printing.
  • Conduct pre-closing, post-closing, and final audits to ensure contracts meet processing guidelines.
  • Process daily sales deposits and run reporting to ensure new revenue balances with system information.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and cash handling skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and late shifts as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
