Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc.

About the Job

This is a full-time permanent position with varied shifts in the Dover, DE area. As a medical laboratory professional, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures, analyzing results, and providing critical information to healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Medical Lab Sciences, or equivalent certification, and experience working in a clinical laboratory setting. A strong understanding of laboratory procedures and regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various laboratory tests and procedures
  • Analyze test results and provide accurate data
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an Associate Degree in Medical Lab Sciences, or equivalent certification
  • ASCP certification, or equivalent
  • Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
