Requirements
  • Completion of a college diploma in Food Science or a related field

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization
  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a food processing facility
  • Disciplined, motivated, and accountable for all quality assurance matters
  • Strong systems skills, including MS Office
