Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Test Engineer to join our team at Wabtec Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing electrical tests in a lab environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans for electrical systems and components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test needs are met
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure test equipment is calibrated and up-to-date
  • Attend safety and qualification training for working on electrical and mechanical test stands
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical testing or related field
  • Knowledge of PLC systems, mechanical prints, and electrical prints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Working Conditions

This is an hourly union-represented position. Local UE 506. Starting wage: $33.07 with a 10-year wage progression increase schedule.
