Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Olga's Kitchen. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting managers with daily operations, training and coaching staff, and ensuring that our restaurants meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist managers with recruiting, interviewing, and orienting new hires
  • Train and coach new and existing employees on restaurant procedures and policies
  • Ensure that staffing levels are maintained on each shift to meet customer demand
  • Attend weekly meetings with management to discuss restaurant performance and goals
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including inventory management and customer service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One to two years of previous restaurant supervision experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm presence during stressful situations
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
