Supervisor Job Description

At Taco Bell, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by leading your team with a smile, seeking help when needed, and guiding others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead your shift by motivating and guiding your team to achieve excellent customer service and quality food delivery.
  • Manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure that Team Members complete all assigned duties.
  • Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Supervise and motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them.
  • Perform tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, dusting shelves, lifting and carrying out trash containers, and cleaning the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
