We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Providers to join our team in Contra Costa County. As a Behavioral Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering one-to-one-behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges
  • Assist with daily program activities, including self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, and behavior interventions
  • Implement and collect data on behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan
  • Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, oral hygiene, meal preparation, and ambulation
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in an educational or healthcare setting preferred
  • At least one year of experience working with children/adults with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors
  • Current in-person CPR/First Aid certification for Adult & Children
  • Updated TB test
  • College coursework in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred
