We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Services Supervisor to join our team at Child Care Resource Center. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in facilities management, supervision, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Perform analysis and create reports to support facilities operations, including contract management, service level agreements, and preventative maintenance.
- Document and analyze business processes, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide project management support to CCRC departments, aligning with the agency's strategic plan.
- Assist in maintaining the agency's fleet management program, including vehicle purchases and maintenance.
- Develop and implement an asset and inventory management program, conducting periodic audits and reporting findings.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of supervisory or project management experience, with a background in facilities management or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid California Driver's License and DMV clearance required.
