  • Maintain a clean and sanitized facility

Requirements
  • 18 years of age
  • Ability to work well with others, including a positive attitude and helpful demeanor
  • Neat and clean appearance, adhering to Wesco's Appearance Guideline
  • Physically capable of lifting 60 lbs and standing for extended periods in cold temperatures
  • High-school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Negative initial drug screen results and consent for future drug screens
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Completion of the Orion Assessment and hiring packet
  • Food service experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Adherence to Wesco's guidelines, principles, and non-negotiables
  • Performance in a manner that supports Q-PPAS
  • Ability to work well with minimum supervision
  • Completion of orientation and Basic Food Safety Classes within 90 days of hire
