Job Title: Roofing Estimator

Fast Lane Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Roofing Estimator to join our team in Fort Myers, FL.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Roofing Estimator to oversee multiple projects from design to execution. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential roofing projects, including shingle, tile, and metal roofs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed estimates for residential projects, analyzing requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to determine costs and factors of production.
  • Maintain current market pricing for materials in the estimating system and generate job cost reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Present prepared estimates to management and perform hand-off meetings with assigned project managers.

Requirements:

  • Local to Florida with roofing experience in the state.
  • Experience with The Edge estimating software.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills to prioritize workflow.
  • Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for residential projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
