About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Stewarding Manager to join our team at Piedmont Driving Club. As a key member of our club operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of appearance, hospitality, and service for our staff and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train stewarding staff to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and service
  • Manage the department's budget and develop programs to increase revenues through repeat business and higher check averages
  • Assist with banquet food service and ensure proper ware and pot washing, sanitation of food preparation and storage areas
  • Clean and maintain cooking equipment, floors, and surface areas in all back-of-house food service areas
  • Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Three+ years of supervisory experience in a comparable position
  • ServSafe Manager Certification or the ability to obtain
  • Working knowledge in using a PC and of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Private club experience is a plus
