RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

  • Establish and nurture a strong partnership with clients and hiring managers, providing insights and guidance on program processes, policies, and next steps.
  • Ensure managers are informed and compliant with the Contingent Workforce program policies. Monitor program activities and address compliance issues proactively.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for available positions.
  • Contribute to operational objectives by providing insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
  • Deliver on-site training and support to client team members, suppliers, and contingent workers.
  • Maintain timely communication with clients and Eastridge stakeholders, providing program reporting and metrics.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with client team members, contingent workers, and staffing suppliers.
  • Identify challenges and proactively propose solutions.
  • Enhance requisition performance by refining the recruitment process in collaboration with suppliers and hiring managers.
  • Develop tracking worksheets and basic reports using Excel tools, managing communication through shared platforms.
  • Act as the primary contact for hiring managers, addressing inquiries related to the program and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Oversee payroll processes, including auditing timekeeping systems and processing payroll adjustments.
  • Conduct training sessions, planning and delivering hands-on technical training for candidates in manufacturing and production roles.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and address any issues that arise during the training process.
  • Monitor candidates' qualifications based on their skill sets throughout the training.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of production training programs and policies, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all training activities, updating procedures and ensuring workplace safety.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, Staffing, Account Management, or Customer Service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven capability to handle complex client situations with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in the staffing industry is a plus but not required.
