Delaware North Careers: Maintenance Administrative Assistant

Delaware North Companies, Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Administrative Assistant to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in West Yellowstone, Montana.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Work as an administrator for the computerized maintenance management system (HOTSOS / Amadeus).
  • Provide basic administrative support, including coordinating activities and meetings, preparing expense reports, processing invoices, and contacting team members.
  • Assist with managing work order entries, running reports, and assisting with trainings for the Mountain Region office.
  • Complete daily tasks, including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documents.
  • General Compliance reporting for YGS per maintenance plan.
  • Assist the regional project director and area facilities managers with the processes of submitting and implementing Delaware North capital projects.
Requirements
  • Ability to live in West Yellowstone, MT.
  • Prior Park Service experience highly preferred.
  • Facilities management background preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
  • Willingsness to learn other software applications in the areas of project and maintenance management (HOTSOS).
