We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Director to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and protect our critical assets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Cybersecurity Roadmap Initiatives: Collaborate with internal IT and external managed services partners to deliver cybersecurity roadmap initiatives.
- Oversee Incident Response Plan (IRP): Develop and execute an incident response plan to ensure swift and effective response to security events and incidents.
- Manage Endpoint and Network Security: Oversee the development and execution of endpoint and network security environments, including overall health, policy modifications, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Analyze and Resolve Security Events/Alerts: Monitor and manage the SIEM platform, manage logging health of various log sources, and collaborate with Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and IT on reviewing and updating cybersecurity policies, controls, and procedures.
- Manage Vendor for Penetration Testing: Manage vendors for penetration testing for external network infrastructure, web applications, and API endpoints.
- Support Vulnerability Management: Support and manage vulnerability management platforms for infrastructure and application scanning, including development and maintenance of scanning policies, onboarding assets, reporting, validation, and false positive research.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of industry experience in information security and cybersecurity, and minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity framework, standards, and best practices, including incident response, penetration testing, vulnerability management, SIEM/log analysis, network security, endpoint security, Active Directory, Windows/Linux security, email security, and DLP concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong Windows Active Directory and Networking experience, and security-focused degree and/or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
