Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Replenishment Associate to join our Supply Chain Team at Staples, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate replenishment of products in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to pick and move products within the warehouse.
  • Verify the accuracy of product quantities and descriptions to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages, and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to resolve issues.
  • Unload trucks, palletize products, and operate material handling equipment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in the shipping process, organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets.
Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) months of related experience in a warehouse environment, or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
  • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
  • Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
  • Ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
  • Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
