Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Bulk Associate to join our team at Staples, Inc. in a full-time 2nd shift role. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to pick and move products within the warehouse.
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with seasonal temperature variations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and ensure accurate product movement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
  • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
  • Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
  • Ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
  • Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
