Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our Supply Chain Team at Staples, Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate shipping of customer orders, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and stack customer orders on pallets for shipping
  • Load trucks manually, lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment
  • Stack empty pallets and maintain a safe and clean workspace
  • Work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations
Requirements:
  • Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
  • Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
  • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications)
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand
  • Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Prior warehouse or applicable experience, including fast-food, stockroom, customer service, package handling, etc.
