Lease-Up Marketing Manager Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to work collaboratively with leasing teams and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and leasing initiatives during the lease-up phase to achieve full occupancy as quickly as possible while maintaining desired rent levels.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to attract potential tenants, including digital marketing efforts, social media campaigns, and traditional advertising methods like print and signage.
  • Generate a steady flow of high-quality leads through various marketing channels, tracking and analyzing lead sources to optimize marketing efforts and ensure the highest conversion rates.
  • Establish comprehensive project management processes, managing property setup in key systems, creating online presence, and executing marketing and leasing initiatives effectively.
  • Organize events like open houses, grand openings, or community gatherings to generate interest in the property and build a sense of community among prospective tenants.
  • Track and report on leasing progress, including occupancy rates, marketing strategy effectiveness, and ROI on marketing spend, using that data to refine strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Proven track record of successful lease-up campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
