Klingbeil Capital Management offers an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, converting leads into community tours, and securing new leases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster meaningful relationships with prospects, showcasing the community's unique features and benefits.
• Deliver informative and tailored tours of the apartment community to showcase its best assets.
• Ensure outstanding resident experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms to drive awareness and interest in our community.

• A customer-centric mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.
• A willingness to engage with people over the phone and via text message.
• A professional and polished appearance that reflects positively on our brand.

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
