Responsibilities
The HR Director will be responsible for leading the Human Resources Department, developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This individual will also serve as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing guidance on HR-related matters and helping to drive business outcomes.

Essential Duties
The HR Director will be responsible for the following essential duties:
  • Serving as a strategic HR business partner to operating departments;
  • Designing, developing, and implementing various talent management levers necessary to drive the company's talent management strategy;
  • Assisting in the development and fostering of a property culture that promotes effective communication, service excellence, employee retention and engagement, teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, diversity and inclusion;
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of the HR goals & objectives to be consistent with the strategic vision of the company and in response to annual team member opinion surveys;
  • Overseeing property recruitment activities;
  • Ensuring that hiring managers are equipped with the necessary tools and information needed to effectively select the most qualified and capable candidates;
  • Ensuring that the employment process is in compliance with Gaming Regulations and is as expedient as possible;
  • Overseeing Team Member Relations;
  • Overseeing Benefits communications;
  • Overseeing training programs.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the HR Director must possess the following qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a management role;
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, training, benefits, compensation, and team member relations;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Work Environment
The HR Director will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with senior management, employees, and external stakeholders. This individual will be expected to travel occasionally, both within and outside of the company's properties.
