What You Will Do- Manage the operations and activities of the Med/Surg department.
- Assist Director of Med/Surg with the overall management of the departments operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals and objectives established.
The manager assists the department director in meeting The Joint Commission Standards, complying with corporate policy and procedures, promoting teamwork with physicians and all health care providers, promoting internal and external customer satisfaction, and appropriate resource management.
