Position Overview:
This role involves providing assistance and supervision to male individuals with developmental challenges within a supportive residential setting. The position is integral to ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document the behavior and progress of residents consistently.
- Facilitate training in essential daily living skills to enhance residents' independence.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy living space for all residents.
- Work on a rotating schedule that includes night shifts and weekends, totaling 40 hours per week.

Essential Competencies:
- Strong observational skills to effectively monitor resident behavior.
- Ability to provide guidance and support in daily living activities.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the facility.
- Proficiency in computer usage for documentation and reporting purposes.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and a minimum of 6 months experience in social services.
- Candidates must be at least 21 years old with 3 years of driving experience.
- Preferred qualifications include CNA certification or experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
