Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Patient Service Agent to enhance our dedicated team.

Your Contributions:

  • Gather patient and issue-related details and log them into our call-tracking system.
  • Address inquiries with professionalism and promptness, employing appropriate grammar and verbal communication skills.
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience by effectively resolving concerns during the initial call.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
  • Process payments accurately.
  • Utilize various computer applications simultaneously, navigating through their respective functionalities.
  • Act as a consultative partner to clients, fostering rapport and providing guidance.
Essential Skills:
  • Adept at building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills to comprehend information conveyed both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications for Success:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the dental field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Prior call center experience is a plus, though not required.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, including software programs, data entry, or information processing.
  • Understanding of digital communication platforms such as web, email, chat, and text.
