Job Overview

WeCare Air, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician who possesses strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, adjust, and repair HVAC systems including reheat coils, air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.
  • Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and equipment effectively.
  • Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Document repairs and completed work using trade software, specifically Service Titan.
  • Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and outcomes; suggest products and services to enhance system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma is mandatory; an Associate degree in automotive engineering technology is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC technician is required.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or completion of a Tech/Trade School is strongly preferred.
  • Possession of a valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
