Private Duty Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN Nurse to provide high acuity child care services for our clients. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care, administering medication and treatments, and providing health promotion and education to family members.
Responsibilities- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care for high acuity children
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Provide health promotion, teaching, and training to family members
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
- Collaborate with physicians, clients, family members, and Case Managers to ensure seamless care delivery
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
