Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Treasury first line control assessments in alignment with Enterprise Controls Assurance Standards.
  • Evaluate controls related to liquidity risk management, capital adequacy, investment portfolio oversight, funding strategies, and data analytics.
  • Generate reports and documentation to effectively communicate findings.
  • Design testing methodologies, procedures, and sampling strategies.
  • Engage with both Treasury and Risk leadership to ensure effective communication.

Perform in-depth analyses and provide robust evidence to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of Treasury's internal controls.

Offer constructive feedback on control assessment results to senior management and collaborate with Treasury teams to develop and implement solutions for identified control deficiencies.

Assist in the preparation of materials for Committees and Boards as required.

Data Analysis: Gather, compile, and interpret data, performing complex analyses and clearly communicating the results.

Reporting: Create reports based on data analysis, company trends, and financial processes, highlighting patterns, issues, and areas for improvement. Engage in additional internal reporting projects as necessary and may propose process enhancements based on findings.

Operational Support: Provide advanced analytical support to management and teams, directing updates across systems. Act as a resource for analytics across the organization, contributing to strategic initiatives and preparing necessary documentation and presentations.

Financial Support: Monitor performance across designated systems or business units, identifying obstacles to potential gains. Suggest workflow modifications to achieve financial objectives or mitigate financial risks. Assist management in implementing recommended changes and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Finance or Analytics, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Possession of a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation.
  • Experience in Corporate Treasury.
