About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Collector to join our team at The Goal Family of Companies. As a Bilingual Collector, you will play a critical role in helping us develop long-term relationships with our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our borrowers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers, working closely with them to understand their needs and develop personalized solutions.
  • Utilize your strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both in English and Spanish, to secure payment and drive delinquency resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with our operations team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our customer service and collections processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a collections or customer service role, with a strong background in customer-facing interactions.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
