Position Overview:

Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support to accounting personnel
  • Oversee deal processing
  • Manage internal service and parts operations
  • Handle daily banking transactions
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules
  • Administer and oversee F&I products and their cancellations
  • Calculate and distribute monthly commission payouts
  • Conduct various monthly reconciliations including Floorplan, Bank, Factory Statement, and Intercompany
  • Supervise New and Used Vehicle Inventory management
  • Implement CIT procedures
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Review and verify payroll timecards
  • Assist Controllers with month-end and year-end processes
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as needed
Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of automotive accounting experience is REQUIRED
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS systems is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
