Labor Scheduling Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain labor schedules and associated documentation.
- Assess possible impacts to the schedule and monitor schedule deviations. Assist in the developing of alternate methods for corrective action.
- Communicate with field crews and provide schedules to each of them.
- Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure accurate and timely data is incorporated in the schedule.
- Perform and assist with a variety of clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' prior labor scheduling experience preferred.
- Familiar with administrative processing in residential and commercial construction preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Detail-orientated, with excellent oral and written communications skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external clients.
- Quick learner with the ability to work well in a team, multitask, and strong prioritizing skills.
- Must possess strong computer skills with an advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and have a great aptitude to quickly learn new programs.
- Self-starter with the ability to perform job tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision and high level of integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Comply with departmental scheduling practices and procedures.
- A team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
- Professional appearance.
