Internal Medicine Physician Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Internal Medicine Physician to serve as a Program Director for our Internal Medicine Residency Program at Prime Healthcare Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal medicine, with a minimum of three to five years of post-residency clinical experience and core faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.

  • Leadership and Management
  • Clinical Teaching and Supervision of Residents
  • Core Program Clinical Teaching
  • General Administration
  • GME Committees/Meetings

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the strategic direction of the program, developing and implementing curriculum plans, recruiting and interviewing candidates for residency positions, and mentoring and supervising residents in clinical and academic settings.

About the Position:
  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs
  • Conduct research and promote scholarly activity among residents and faculty
  • Evaluate resident performance and progress towards program goals
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve program objectives
Salary Information:

$260,000 - $320,000 per year
