Clinical Trial Site Coordinator
About the RoleMilestone One is a global leader in site enabling services, with a strong focus on supporting clinical trial sites in delivering successful studies. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team.
ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Acting as the main point of contact between the Sponsor/CRO and the site
- Ensuring timely responses to feasibility questions
- Assisting in scheduling and preparation for monitoring visits
- Providing support during monitoring visits
- Tracking patient enrollment and supporting project timelines and enrollment goals
- Maintaining study-specific documentation
- Accurate data entry into EDC systems and resolving data queries
- Reporting and follow-up on Reportable Adverse Events and Protocol Deviations
- Handling investigational products and clinical supplies
- Collecting and maintaining regulatory documents
- Facilitating contract and budget negotiations
- Supporting Investigator and Site payments
- Scheduling study procedures and preparing for audits or inspections
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A college or university degree in Life Science (preferably pharmacy, nursing, or lab analytics)
- 2-3 years of experience in site coordination
- Ability to multitask across various protocols
- English-Spanish bilingual skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Experience with eSource systems (preferred)
- Experience in cardiometabolic and/or GI trials
We offer a competitive salary of $$85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
