- Promote effective integrated service delivery to ensure seamless coordination and communication between teams.
- Develop and implement programming to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Enhance continuous quality improvement through data-driven decision making and process improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of cooperation and collaboration among team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage contract compliance to ensure we meet the requirements of our funders and stakeholders.
- Ensure that services provided are culturally competent and sensitive to the needs of our clients, including their racial, religious, sex, sexual orientation, age, and ethnic background and identification.
- Assure coordination and supervision for 24-hour crisis support management to ensure our clients receive the support they need in times of crisis.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field with appropriate licenses, or a psychiatric RN with appropriate license.
- Minimum of at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a social services role, with at least two (2) years of management experience.
- Act 33/34 (PA State Criminal and Child Abuse) Clearances and FBI Clearance.
- Valid PA driver's license and driving history of three (3) years with MVR required.

Prospective employee hired for this position will receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The employee will receive the first third of the bonus after the successful completion of three (3) months of employment, the second third of the bonus will be awarded after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment, and the final third will be awarded after achieving a satisfactory rating or higher on the annual performance evaluation.
