Physical Therapist Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as Clinical Director in Fairless Hills, PA. As a key member of our practice, you will play a critical role in guiding the growth and development of our PT services.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee clinical activities and ensure compliance with regulations and standards of care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including designing home exercise regimens and recommending assistive equipment.
- Lead by example and ensure accountability to the clinic's missions, policies, and goals.
- Supervise Physical Therapists, PT Assistants, and Technicians, and maintain confidentiality of patient personal health information.
- Contribute to videos and content for clinic social media and lead educational workshops and presentations for community education.
- Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited school.
- Current PA State licensing and all other state-required documentation.
- Management/ Director of PT experience, with orthopedic, vestibular, and pelvic floor experience a plus.
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, plus bonus compensation and potential profit sharing.
