**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral support to students in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven interventions
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
- RBT Certification
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
