Job Title: Procurement Agent

At PRC-Saltillo, we are committed to providing innovative communication solutions for individuals with disabilities. As a Procurement Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet production goals and delivery date commitments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Manage the procurement process, including analyzing raw material requirements, placing purchase orders, and coordinating returns and resolutions.
  • Monitor and report on procurement metrics, including cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office.
