Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand new process requirements and objectives.
  • Implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits of operational processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Maintain and improve Quality systems, plant objectives, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform predictive line checks to assess the health of equipment.
  • Identify deviations from established processes and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain comprehensive audit trails and documentation of changes and improvements.
  • Analyze audit findings to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports detailing audit results, recommendations, and improvement actions for management review.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (M.E., I.E., E.E., MfG.E.).
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience related to process engineering.
  • Experience using lean continuous improvement tools and leading project/Kaizen events.
  • Lean six sigma green belt or black belt a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (focus on Excel and Access).
  • Visio and Minitab experience preferred.
  • 2D/3D modeling experience.
  • Redzone experience a plus.
