  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, healthcare, business, or organizational development, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Possess 5 years of experience leading and facilitating lean transformation activities, strategic planning, and A3 thinking.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Possess a Master's degree in a relevant field, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, or equivalent experience.
