Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our team at Select Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, product movement, and storage capacity.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-15 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
