We're seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review project plans and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Analyze bid documents and determine labor and equipment costs.
  • Negotiate and prepare subcontracts with vendors and suppliers.

  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure project goals are met.

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial projects.

  • Knowledge of construction delivery methods and OnScreen Takeoffs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
