Overview

Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Liaison to serve as an advocate for patients during the pre-admission process. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clinical teams and healthcare professionals to evaluate patients' statuses and medical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clinical assessments of referred patients and counsel with patient's families to assist them in making the best care decisions for their loved one.
  • Partner with hospital case managers to create smooth patient transfer processes and help remove payer-related and operational barriers to getting appropriate patients into this highly effective level of care.
  • Develop results-producing relationships throughout the medical facilities and serve as a resource for the hospital and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License.
  • Prior sales or business development experience is preferred.
