  • Directs the oversight of a team within the Distribution Center (DC), ensuring all Supply Chain & Logistics activities are executed to fulfill the logistics offerings; manages and enhances the administration of logistics management functions; and guarantees coordination for inventory oversight, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

  • Adjusts the Material Providing and Handling (MPH) programs based on customer priorities.
  • Ensures accuracy in inventory and conducts monitoring and analysis of logistics expenditures.
  • Facilitates problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for quality, safety, and production challenges.
  • Manages personnel resources, goal setting, performance evaluations, attendance tracking, skill development, recognition, engagement, and well-being.
  • Oversees logistics processes for receiving goods, stocking, picking, and dispatching finished products and waste.
  • Promotes a culture of continuous improvement within operations aligned with Schneider Performance System standards.
  • Leads transformation initiatives through lean principles with an emphasis on 5S and ongoing enhancement.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Operations/Distribution.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, results-oriented, with effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experienced in resolving issues and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with or experience in a lean operational environment.
  • Proven ability to drive change.
  • Demonstrates a strong initiative to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
